COMPONENTS;
1.Cardiovascular endurance is that the capacity of the heart and lungs to cooperate to fullfill the specified oxygen and fuel to the body during supported responsibilities. Models would run, cycling and swimming. The Cooper Run is used very often to check cardiovascular endurance.
